Your Black Velvet Eyeliner has various features that truly make it one of the best and most convenient eyeliners around. In addition to its twist-out function, it has a smudger at the back, should you wish to achieve a smoky eye or simply smooth out your lash line. It also has a sharpener, which can be found when removing the smudger.
DIRECTIONS: Take your eyeliner and line the upper lid first. Always start on the inside corner of your eye and make sure the line thickens as you go towards the outer corner. You can use your Sculpting Brush or the back of your eyeliner, to sculpt it into the perfect shape. Now line the bottom lid from the outer corner of your eye until the middle.
ROUTINE: Apply as desired.

I have to admit I have tried many many eyeliners during the years but I have to congratulate Isabella Garcia on a fantastic product ! the eyeliner stays on all day without smudge and wears perfectly, long wearing and also has a smooth feel to it when applying, I love it, bought an extra 2 as spares as i dont want to run out of this fantastic product !

I have absolutely fallen in love with the Black Velvet Eyeliner. It is really dark, applies so easily and I love the smudger too. Best of all, it stays on the whole day. I’ll never change eyeliners again.

I love the smudger on the back, so that I can wear a thin line of eyeliner while at work but I can smudge it out for that dramatic smokey-eye on my way home!
