This website is run by Isabella Garcia International (Pty) Ltd (Isabella Garcia), a private company registered in South Africa with registration number 2008/002757/07.
These terms and conditions regulate the use of the Isabella Garcia website and the purchase of Isabella Garcia products. By using our website and ordering our products, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Our Products and Services
Isabella Garcia specialises in the marketing of cosmetic and beauty products.
Our products and samples are provided to you for personal use only. You are not allowed to sell or resell any of the products or samples which you receive from us. The use or selling of Isabella Garcia products is not permitted in any beauty salons, health spas or any other related industries including retail outlets.
You are responsible for using the products as instructed and Isabella Garcia will not be responsible to you or any third party for any claim, damage, injury or loss that may result from the failure to use the products as instructed.

Isabella Garcia International (Pty) Ltd (Isabella) cosmetic and/or personal care product(s) are not approved for medical use. All information provided is for educational purposes only. Information provided should not be used as a substitute for the advice or services of a licensed medical practitioner.
Isabella recommends that you consult your medical practitioner before purchasing and using any Isabella products. Isabella does not imply that the use or benefits of any of our products are backed by accepted medical or clinical research.
You are responsible for using the products as instructed and Isabella will not be responsible to you or any third party for any claim, damage, injury or loss that may result from the failure to use of the product as instructed.
You are responsible for any use made of the information pertaining to the product and Isabella will not be responsible for any claim, damage, injury, or loss because you relied on the information as medical advice.
The use of any of our products or information is not intended to supplement any other products, be medicine; or to diagnose or cure any specific illnesses or conditions.
Isabella makes no medical claims as to the benefits of the product to improve the dermatological or general health of individuals and does not endorse the use of any of our products in general, for medical use.
Availability and Delivery
Isabella Garcia Products are delivered within 10-14 working days after the first successful deduction from a client’s account. All orders and deliveries depend on product availability and we will take all reasonable measures to notify you if any products are not available. If specific products are no longer available, we will offer you equivalent products or a full refund of the purchase price if you have already paid. Products will be delivered to you by courier. Should there be any delay in the delivery of your order, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. Please ensure that the address and contact number you provide to us are accurate to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Please ensure that the products received correspond with the invoice received.
If it is found that there are any discrepancies, please notify Isabella Garcia within 30 days of receipt of your products.
Returns and Cancellation – Skincare
Cooling-off period
If you buy any products from us online, you have 7 days after delivery of the products to cancel the transaction. After 7 days, you may only return silk pillowcases or discounted items for an assessment if they are defective.
Within 60 days from date of delivery:
We will arrange for the products to be collected from you and you will be refunded within 15 business days after the collection.
We will arrange a collection of the package with the couriers and inform you via SMS or telephonically when the package will be collected, however, please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the package is given through to the couriers on the set collection date. If we do not receive the package, please note that you will be liable for payment of the products.
After 60 days from date of delivery:
Unless the products are found to be defective, the following conditions will apply:
- You will not be able to return any products or cancel any existing orders.
- You will not be refunded any money already paid.
- You will have to pay for all products received.
You may cancel any future orders according to your agreement with us at any time without penalty as long as all amounts for your current hamper or order that you owe us are paid up.
In the event that any of our products are found to be defective, please notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect. We will arrange for it to be collected and you will not be responsible for any costs involved with respect to such a return. We reserve the right to inspect the products in order to determine whether it is defective. If it is found that the product is defective within six months of the delivery date, you may choose to receive a replacement product or a proportional refund within 10-15 business days after it has been collected.
In the event that you want to exchange unused products in your current order that have already been delivered, additional courier charges will be incurred. No changes to previous orders will be permitted.
In the event of a cancellation of a hamper, any relevant gifts will be forfeited.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION – BEAUTY ACCESSORIES
Beauty Accessories refer to items that support and enhance personal grooming, skincare, and make-up routines. These include, but are not limited to, tools and products for application, cleansing, exfoliation, and general maintenance of beauty and skincare practices. For example, make-up brushes, toothbrushes, cloths and mask applicators. Due to hygiene reasons, you may only return beauty accessories for a refund within your cooling-off period, and only if the products are unused and in the same condition that you received them. These items must therefore still be sealed as per the original packaging. After the cooling-off period you may only return beauty accessories for an assessment if they are defective.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION – PRODUCTS PURCHASED ON DISCOUNTED OFFERS OR VOUCHERS
Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless they are defective, or you are returning the products within your cooling-off period. Otherwise, all discount sales are final.
Items bought using a voucher cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless they are defective.
Pricing and Payment
The price of our products will be as quoted to you telephonically, displayed on our website, or any other material provided to you for the purposes of purchasing our products, except in cases of obvious error. Prices include VAT. Delivery costs and all payments are to be made in South African Rand. Ownership of the products will only pass to you once you have paid the full purchase price of the products.
Should we fail to collect payments due in any month for any reason, we reserve the right at our discretion to submit another collection in the same month, schedule a double collection the next month or extend the term over which payments are deducted.
Should your selected debit date fall on a weekend, public holiday, or non-bank processing day, we reserve the right at our discretion to collect your debit order payment on the preceding debit day.

Isabella Garcia may increase prices from time to time without prior notice.
Customer Privacy Policy
Isabella Garcia will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of clients in compliance with all applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, our liability to you in connection with any product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. Isabella Garcia will not be responsible for any loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage related to the purchase or use of the products or our services even if it is caused by our negligence.
The use of any of our products or information is not intended to supplement any other products, medicine or act as a diagnosis or cure for specific illnesses or conditions. Isabella Garcia makes no medical claims as to the benefits of the product to improve the dermatological or general health of individuals and does not endorse the use of any of our products in general, for medical use. It is recommended that you consult your medical practitioner if you suffer from particular concerns.
Applicable Law
The use of this website and all transactions with Isabella Garcia are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Gift Voucher/Card Terms & Conditions
1. Your gift voucher/ card allows you to purchase products on the Isabella Garcia Website: www.isabellagarcia.co.za.
2. All sale items are excluded for purchase using your gift card/ voucher. These include, but are not limited to, the monthly specials available on the website.
3. Delivery is not automatically included in your gift card/ voucher, unless otherwise stated on your gift card/ voucher.
4. Your gift card/ voucher is valid until the expiry date specified on your gift card/ voucher
5. If you have been registered on the Isabella Garcia website, your gift card/ voucher will have been loaded onto your profile. Simply add the coupon to your purchase at checkout. You may use your coupon on more than one purchase, until the coupon amount is depleted.
6. If you have not been registered on the Isabella Garcia website, simply add your voucher code at checkout. These vouchers may only be used on one purchase, any remaining amounts will be lost.
7. In some cases, only one voucher per voucher type is allowed per person, and will be stated on the relevant communication for that voucher.
8. Any voucher received Is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash. The voucher may also not be used to pay off any outstanding accounts.
9. Website gifting (free delivery, fragrances and fashion items) do not apply to amounts spent using Gift Cards or Vouchers. Website gifting only applies to amounts spent over and above gift vouchers or gift cards.
10. The use of vouchers which are not allocated to your name is strictly prohibited.
11. If we believe that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, we may, at our discretion, take any action we consider appropriate, including immediate temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Website, suspension or cancellation of your order, immediate removal of any contribution, issue of a warning to you and or legal proceedings.
VIP Beauty Club Terms and Conditions:

- As a Beauty Club VIP, you will pay a monthly Beauty Club fee in order to qualify for VIP benefits and to accumulate Beauty Rands (BR).
- Beauty Rands is a “virtual” currency that can be used on the Isabella Garcia International website to pay for products.
- 1 Beauty Rand = 1 Rand.
- Beauty Rands are accumulated on a monthly basis upon successful collection of the monthly Beauty Club fee and will automatically be loaded onto the VIP Beauty Club VIP’s profile on the website.
- Beauty Rands are accumulated at a rate of 1:1.5 (one to one point five) based on the monthly Beauty Club fee.
- The Benefits associated with being a Beauty Club VIP include:
- % discount on website prices.
- 1 x Free delivery coupon per month.
- Product-specific discounts.
- In order to redeem accumulated Beauty Rands, Beauty Club VIPs can log onto the website using either:
- their unique link supplied to them, monthly, via SMS and e-mail which automatically logs them in.
- their unique membership number as their username and password.
- Beauty Rands will be valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months from when they were accumulated.
- Beauty Rands are used automatically for qualifying products added to a cart.
- Beauty Rands cannot be redeemed on Special Promotions.
- Beauty Rands are not transferrable for cash or towards payment for any outstanding amounts owed.
- Exchanges will only be allowed on redeemed products that are in their original packaging, within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Delivery and collection charges will apply to exchanges.
- Non-payment of Beauty Club fees:
- Should Isabella Garcia fail to collect in any month, we reserve the right at our discretion to double collect in the following month.
- In the case of an unsuccessful Beauty Club fee collection, the member will not receive or accumulate Beauty Rands for the period over which the collection was unsuccessful.
- Free delivery will be forfeited during non-payment periods.
- Cancellations procedure
- Beauty Club VIPs may cancel by submitting a cancellation request via one of the following channels:
- E-mailing [email protected],
- Calling 010 140 7141, or
- WhatsApp 067 366 2565.
- No penalties will apply during 30 (thirty) days from the first debit day.
- After 30 (thirty) days, a 1 (one) month notice period will apply.
- Upon cancellation, Beauty Rands will be available to redeem for a period of 3 (three) months from the last successful collection. After this period, any accumulated Beauty Rands will be forfeited.
- Beauty Club VIPs may cancel by submitting a cancellation request via one of the following channels:
Isabella Garcia International Competitions
- Isabella Garcia International reserves the right to alter the prices of products and Beauty Club fees on an ongoing basis.
- A 6% annual VIP Beauty Club instalment increase will apply on the VIP’s anniversary. This increase applies to the monthly fee as well as the Beauty Rands earned.
- If Isabella Garcia International believes that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, the Company may, at its discretion, take any action considered appropriate, including immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of members’ right to use the website, suspension or cancellation of membership, immediate removal of any contribution, issue of a warning and/or legal proceedings.
Isabella Garcia International Competitions:
1. This competition is being promoted by Isabella Garcia International (Proprietary) Limited, a private company incorporated in South Africa, with registration number 2008/002757/07.
2. Entry Requirements:
- To enter the competition you must be:
– A resident in the Republic of South Africa
– At least 18 (eighteen) years of age, and
– A client of Isabella Garcia International or like the Isabella Garcia Facebook Page (dependant on the competition) - You may be contacted by Isabella Garcia to confirm that you do/will comply with these requirements.
- Isabella Garcia may select an alternative winner if you do not meet the requirements in these rules.
- This competition is open to anyone, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
3. Competition Entries:
- Only entries made in the prescribed manner (see individual competitions) will be entered into the competition.
- Incomplete, lost, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered entries and entries that are delayed beyond the closing date and time will be disqualified.
- Isabella Garcia accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered.
- All entries must be submitted before the due date mentioned in the various competitions in order to be considered.
- By entering the competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by Isabella Garcia, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. Isabella Garcia reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these rules, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Isabella Garcia reasonably deem necessary.
- Any violation of the competition rules will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
4. THE Prize
- The prize is as stated in the various competitions and is not transferrable or exchangeable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
- Winners will be notified via telephone or email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are submitted accurately.
- If Isabella Garcia cannot, for any reason, contact a winner within two days of the winners being announced, Isabella Garcia may select another winner.
- The results of the competition are final. Isabella Garcia will not correspond with anyone about the results.
- Isabella Garcia undertakes to deliver the prize to the winner via courier.
5. Limitation of Isabella Garcia’s Liability:
- Isabella Garcia will not be liable to any entrant or winner, their legal representatives or any third party for any harm suffered as a result of entering the competition, even if it is caused by the negligence of Isabella Garcia. This means that you will have no claim against Isabella Garcia.
- Isabella Garcia will only be responsible for harm or losses caused directly by the gross negligence of Isabella Garcia or its agents.
6. Personal Information:
- If agreed upon by the winner, Isabella Garcia will make use of their personal information as may be required by the competition. We will however not disclose his/her personal information to any third party or for any purposes other than the promotion of the competition, unless the winner has agreed otherwise.
- Isabella Garcia may ask the winners of the prize to be identified, photographed and published in printed and digital media, or to appear on radio and television, when received their prizes.
- The winner may however decline to participate in any marketing activity.
7. Governing Law:
- These rules are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with South African law.
The 8 Different competitions details
The names and/or photographs of the prize winners will be published on the official Isabella Garcia website (www.isabellagarcia.co.za) as well as the Isabella Garcia and/or IG MAN Facebook pages.
1. R15 000 EWC Competition Terms & Conditions:
- One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the year.
- Five (5) entries will be submitted per client, per Isabella Garcia Eternal Wonder Collection product purchase.
- Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
- The winner will be informed telephonically.
- This competition is open to anyone who purchases the Isabella Garcia Eternal Wonder Collection, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
- The prize is not transferrable.
- Competition entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Isabella Garcia undertakes to deliver the prize, R15 000, to the winner electronically.
2. Hamper Competition Terms & Conditions:
- One winner will be randomly selected four times a year from entries submitted throughout the year.
- Entries must be submitted correctly via e-mail or postal service in order to be considered.
- Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
- The winner will be informed telephonically.
- This competition is open to anyone, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
- The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternatives are allowed.
- Competition entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Isabella Garcia undertakes to deliver the prize to the winner via courier.

3. R12 000 Competition Terms & Conditions:
- One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the year.
- Entries Open January and Close December.
- Entries must be submitted correctly via e-mail in order to be considered.

- The winner will be informed telephonically.
- This competition is open to anyone, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.

4. R30 000 Competition Terms & Conditions:
- One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the year.
- Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
- The winner will be informed telephonically.
- This competition is open to clients / prospect clients of Isabella Garcia International, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
- Clients / prospect clients get entries into the competition for either referrals given or when products are bought. The scripts differ across the campaigns therefore there are different qualifying criteria. a. Referrals: IGSA / Vouchers / IGMU / IGAF Script: “… for each referral you give that we got hold of you will be entered into the R30 000 lucky draw…” Rule: The referral from the referrer must have received a courier pack or voucher. b. Sales: IGSP Script: “… with the voucher you will receive 50% discount… and an entry into the R30 000 lucky draw competition.” Rule: Sale must be paid. c. Sales: Actives Booklet with pack (go out on hamper 3): “For each eternal wonder product bought the client get 5 entries into the draw.”
- The winner can choose between the R30 000 cash or a holiday to either Mauritius or Italy to the value of R30 000.
- Competition entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Any violation of the competition rules above will result in immediate disqualification.
5. R30 000 Weekend in Paris Competition Terms & Conditions:
- One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the year.
- Entrants will be entered into the competition by trying out their Isabella Garcia sample products for at least 48 hours. Entries: a. IGSA: A client needed to have tried the IG Products by the time we called her for a Follow Up Call and had received a SMS (ladies with no cell number could not get a SMS) to be entered once into the competition. b. IGSA DVD Test: If a client tried the IG products and watched the DVD by the time that we called her for a Follow Up Call and received a SMS (ladies with no cell number could not get a SMS), then she would be entered 10 times into the competition. c. IGSA DVD Test: If a client did not try the IG products and BUT watched the DVD by the time that we called her for a Follow Up Call and received a SMS (ladies with no cell number could not get a SMS), then she would be entered 5 times into the competition. d. IGAF: A client needed to have tried the IG Products by the time we called her for a Follow Up Call and had received a SMS (ladies with no cell number could not get a SMS) to be entered once into the competition.
- Entries will be done telephonically upon confirmation of use.
- The competition is open to RSA clients only.
- The winner is determined by a random draw. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
- The winner will be informed telephonically.
- The prize includes 2 x economy class return tickets to Paris, France and accommodation for 2 nights including breakfat at a hotel of our choice.
- Flights will depart from OR Tambo International Airport on a Thursday evening; the return flight will be on the Sunday evening from Paris, France.
- The winner can extend the stay at own cost, but will have to inform Isabella Garcia International on which date the returning flight will have to be. Isabella Garcia International will only cover the first 2 days accommodation.
- Visa appointments and costs are not included and must be completed and obtained by the winner and their accompanying partner.
- Competition entrants must be 20 year or older.
- Any Violation of the above rules will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
- The competition is open to anyone except employees of Platinum Life, Isabella Garcia International, UDM and SkinChem.
- The draw date is subject to the decision of the board of directors.
6. R5 000 DebiCheck Accept Competition Terms & Conditions:
- One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the month.
- This competition is open to clients / prospect clients of Isabella Garcia International, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
- An entry into the competition will be earned by each qualifying client who accepts a DebiCheck mandate request as part of the DebiCheck mandate upgrade call process of Isabella Garcia International.
- Entries open at the beginning of the month and close at the end of the month for each monthly draw.
- The draw will take place within 5 working days from when the monthly competition closed, and the winner will be informed telephonically on the same day.
- Isabella Garcia undertakes to deliver the prize, a R5 000 Isabella Garcia website voucher, to the winner electronically.
7. Five Star Review Competition Terms & Conditions:
- An entry into the competition will be earned by giving a Hello Peter 5 Star Review or a 5 Star Google Review to Isabella Garcia International or one of its Consultants.
- Compliments must be submitted via Hello Peter Website (https://www.hellopeter.com/isabella-garcia) or via Google Reviews (https://bit.ly/2RyPGzg) in order to be considered.
- One winner will be randomly selected each month from compliments submitted during the previous month.
- The winner will receive a mystery prize to the value of R5 000.00 consisting of Isabella Garcia International products.
- Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
- The winner will be informed telephonically.
- This competition is open to anyone, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
- The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternatives are allowed.
- Competition entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Isabella Garcia undertakes to deliver the prize to the winner via courier.
- Any violation of the competition rules above will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
8. Five Star Review Golden Hour Competition Terms & Conditions:
- One winner will be randomly selected each month from 5-Star Product Reviews made in the previous month.
- Entries Open at the beginning of the month and close at the end of the month for each monthly draw.
- This competition is open to anyone who leaves a 5-star product review on the Isabella Garcia website, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
