Isabella Garcia International – Competitions

1. This competition is being promoted by Isabella Garcia International (Proprietary) Limited, a private company incorporated in South Africa, with registration number 2008/002757/07.

2. Entry Requirements:

To enter the competition you must be:
– A resident in the Republic of South Africa
– At least 18 (eighteen) years of age, and
– A client of Isabella Garcia International or like the Isabella Garcia Facebook Page (dependant on the competition)
You may be contacted by Isabella Garcia to confirm that you do/will comply with these requirements.
Isabella Garcia may select an alternative winner if you do not meet the requirements in these rules.
This competition is open to anyone, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.

3. Competition Entries:

Only entries made in the prescribed manner (see individual competitions) will be entered into the competition.
Incomplete, lost, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered entries and entries that are delayed beyond the closing date and time will be disqualified.
Isabella Garcia accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered.
All entries must be submitted before the due date mentioned in the various competitions in order to be considered.
By entering the competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these rules as interpreted by Isabella Garcia, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. Isabella Garcia reserves the right at any time without notice to amend, modify, or change these rules, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this competition and any prizes (which have not yet been subject to a draw), or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Isabella Garcia reasonably deem necessary.
Any violation of the competition rules will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.

4. THE Prize

The prize is as stated in the various competitions and is not transferrable or exchangeable. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
Winners will be notified via telephone or email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are submitted accurately.
If Isabella Garcia cannot, for any reason, contact a winner within two days of the winners being announced, Isabella Garcia may select another winner.
The results of the competition are final. Isabella Garcia will not correspond with anyone about the results.
Isabella Garcia undertakes to deliver the prize to the winner via courier.

5. Limitation of Isabella Garcia’s Liability:

Isabella Garcia will not be liable to any entrant or winner, their legal representatives or any third party for any harm suffered as a result of entering the competition, even if it is caused by the negligence of Isabella Garcia. This means that you will have no claim against Isabella Garcia.
Isabella Garcia will only be responsible for harm or losses caused directly by the gross negligence of Isabella Garcia or its agents.

6. Personal Information:

If agreed upon by the winner, Isabella Garcia will make use of their personal information as may be required by the competition. We will however not disclose his/her personal information to any third party or for any purposes other than the promotion of the competition, unless the winner has agreed otherwise.
Isabella Garcia may ask the winners of the prize to be identified, photographed and published in printed and digital media, or to appear on radio and television, when received their prizes.
The winner may however decline to participate in any marketing activity.
Winners will be required to provide their ID number in order to claim any prize.

Specific Competitions Details

The names and/or photographs of the prize winners will be published on the official Isabella Garcia website (www.isabellagarcia.co.za) as well as the Isabella Garcia and/or IG MAN Facebook pages.

1. R15 000 EWC Competition Terms & Conditions:

One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the year.
Five (5) entries will be submitted per client, per Isabella Garcia Eternal Wonder Collection product purchase.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
The winner will be informed telephonically.
This competition is open to anyone who purchases the Isabella Garcia Eternal Wonder Collection, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
The prize is not transferrable.
Competition entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
Isabella Garcia undertakes to deliver the prize, R15 000, to the winner electronically.

2. Hamper Competition Terms & Conditions:

One winner will be randomly selected four times a year from entries submitted throughout the year.
Entries must be submitted correctly via e-mail or postal service in order to be considered.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
The winner will be informed telephonically.
This competition is open to anyone, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternatives are allowed.
Competition entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

3. R12 000 Competition Terms & Conditions:

One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the year.
Entries Open January and Close December.
Entries must be submitted correctly via e-mail in order to be considered.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
The winner will be informed telephonically.
This competition is open to anyone, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
The prize is not transferrable and no cash alternatives are allowed.

4. R30 000 Competition Terms & Conditions:

One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the year.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
The winner will be informed telephonically.
This competition is open to clients / prospect clients of Isabella Garcia International, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
Clients / prospect clients get entries into the competition for either referrals given or when products are bought. The scripts differ across the campaigns therefore there are different qualifying criteria. a. Referrals: IGSA / Vouchers / IGMU / IGAF Script: “… for each referral you give that we got hold of you will be entered into the R30 000 lucky draw…” Rule: The referral from the referrer must have received a courier pack or voucher. b. Sales: IGSP Script: “… with the voucher you will receive 50% discount… and an entry into the R30 000 lucky draw competition.” Rule: Sale must be paid. c. Sales: Actives Booklet with pack (go out on hamper 3): “For each eternal wonder product bought the client get 5 entries into the draw.”
The winner can choose between the R30 000 cash or a holiday to either Mauritius or Italy to the value of R30 000.
Competition entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

5. R30 000 Weekend in Paris Competition Terms & Conditions:

One winner will be randomly selected from entries submitted throughout the year.
Entrants will be entered into the competition by trying out their Isabella Garcia sample products for at least 48 hours. Entries: a. IGSA: A client needed to have tried the IG Products by the time we called her for a Follow Up Call and had received a SMS (ladies with no cell number could not get a SMS) to be entered once into the competition. b. IGSA DVD Test: If a client tried the IG products and watched the DVD by the time that we called her for a Follow Up Call and received a SMS (ladies with no cell number could not get a SMS), then she would be entered 10 times into the competition. c. IGSA DVD Test: If a client did not try the IG products and BUT watched the DVD by the time that we called her for a Follow Up Call and received a SMS (ladies with no cell number could not get a SMS), then she would be entered 5 times into the competition. d. IGAF: A client needed to have tried the IG Products by the time we called her for a Follow Up Call and had received a SMS (ladies with no cell number could not get a SMS) to be entered once into the competition.
Entries will be done telephonically upon confirmation of use.
The competition is open to RSA clients only.
The winner is determined by a random draw. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
The winner will be informed telephonically.
The prize includes 2 x economy class return tickets to Paris, France and accommodation for 2 nights including breakfat at a hotel of our choice.
Flights will depart from OR Tambo International Airport on a Thursday evening; the return flight will be on the Sunday evening from Paris, France.
The winner can extend the stay at own cost, but will have to inform Isabella Garcia International on which date the returning flight will have to be. Isabella Garcia International will only cover the first 2 days accommodation.
Visa appointments and costs are not included and must be completed and obtained by the winner and their accompanying partner.
Competition entrants must be 20 year or older.
Any Violation of the above rules will result in immediate disqualification from the competition.
The competition is open to anyone except employees of Platinum Life, Isabella Garcia International, UDM and SkinChem.
The draw date is subject to the decision of the board of directors.

6. Signature Scent Collection Competition Terms & Conditions:

This prize draw is open to all Isabella Garcia clients, or recipients of the Isabella Garcia Signature Fragrance Collection Preview Set, who leave a review on either the Isabella Garcia Skincare Facebook Page, except employees of the Company, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
This prize draw will have one prize winner on the last day of each month. The prize is ONE Isabella Garcia Fragrance of the winner’s choice, which includes free delivery anywhere in South Africa, using our preferred courier service.
To enter the prize draw, entrants must leave a review on the Isabella Garcia Skincare Facebook page, reviewing their favourite signature scent.

Entrants:

Must have a valid email address.
Must reside in South Africa.
Must “Like” the Isabella Garcia Facebook Page.
Must leave a review of 1 or more fragrances from the Isabella Garcia Signature Collection.
Only one entry per person is permitted in the prize draw. If an entrant uses multiple accounts on the review sites listed in point 1 to enter multiple times, then that entrant will be disqualified from the prize draw and any prize awarded to them will be void.
Any winner who does not give correct details when contacted by the Promoter to arrange fulfilment of their prize, or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Entries must be received by 11.59pm on the last day of the month.
The prize draw will take place within 10 days of the end of the calendar month. One winner will be selected based on the review written by the entrant. This is a purely subjective choice, made by the Research & Development Team and/or the CEO of the company.
The entrant agrees that the review may be used in Isabella Garcia Marketing Content.
The winner will be announced via Facebook every month.
The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner via Facebook (making use of Facebook Messenger and/or comments) 3 times, requesting for the winner to email their details to [email protected] in order to: a. Confirm they wish to accept the prize. b. Provide the complete information requested – the Promoter shall have absolute discretion in determining whether evidence of identity, address or age is adequate. c. Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit.
By accepting the prize package, the winners agree to adhere to the prize draw terms and conditions.
No person may win more than one prize during the promotion.
There is no cash or other alternative prize exchangeable for any of the prizes in whole or in part. In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may at its sole discretion substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control including if the event is cancelled, the prizes will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.
Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.
By entering the promotion and accepting the prize, the winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion and to the Promoter using their names and approximate geographic location for promotional purposes and to publish this information in a list of winners.
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice at its absolute discretion.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

7. 5 Star Review Competition Terms & Conditions:

1. An entry into the competition will be earned by giving a Hello Peter 5 Star Review or a 5 Star Google Review to Isabella Garcia International or one of its Consultants.
2. Compliments must be submitted via Hello Peter Website (https://www.hellopeter.com/isabella-garcia) or via Google Reviews (https://bit.ly/2RyPGzg) in order to be considered.
3. One winner will be randomly selected each month from compliments submitted during the previous month.
4. The winner will receive a mystery prize to the value of R5 000.00 consisting of Isabella Garcia International products.

8. Golden Hour Competition Draw Terms & Conditions:

One winner will be randomly selected each month from Gift Card purchases made in the previous month.
Entries Open at the beginning of the month and close at the end of the month for each monthly draw.
The competition is open to RSA clients only.
This competition is open to anyone who a R25, R50, R75 or R100 Gift Card on the Isabella Garcia website, except employees of Platinum Life and sister companies, Isabella Garcia International and their family members.
The winner is determined by a random draw. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into after a winner has been chosen.
