ROUTINE: Use in the morning and/or evening.
MAKE-A-DATE FOR SWEET, SUPER SOFT LIPS:
MIX: Mix half a teaspoon of your day moisturiser or exfoliating scrub with a teaspoon of sugar.
EXFOLIATE: Massage your DIY lip scrub onto your lips for 30 seconds using your finger or your Hello Belle Exfoliating Silicone Brush and rinse off.
NOURISH: Apply a generous coat of your lip balm to leave your lips feeling silky-soft and nourished.
LANOLIN: This vegetable-derived Lanolin is a luxuriously rich emollient which assists in creating a substantive film to help provide ultra-intensive protection and moisturisation for your lips. Renowned for its smooth spreadability and touch, this ingredient will melt onto your lips leaving them feeling superbly comforted, nourished and rejuvenated.
