1. Exfoliate

To soften any hard skin or calluses you have on your hand, exfoliate your hands once a week. You can use your Isabella Garcia Exfoliating Facial Scrub for this. Soak your hands in a bowl of warm water. Apply the scrub, ensuring you massage it into your cuticles. Spend at least 30 seconds on each finger. Wash the scrub off with warm water.

2. Moisturise

As soon as you have exfoliated, rub a generous amount of your favourite Isabella Garcia Hand Cream into your hands, up to your wrist.

3. Wear gloves

We can be very rough on our hands. When you are hard at work in the garden, or even driving in the harsh African sun, be sure to wear gloves. They will protect from calluses and harsh UV Rays.

4. Keep a moisturiser everywhere

It is important to keep a moisturiser close at hand for where you are most during the day. Keep one tube of your La Parfum Crème Trinité Hand Cream Collection next to your bed, one in your car and one at your desk at work. Remember to moisturise every time you wash your hands.

5. Don’t forget your cuticles

When applying your hand cream, don’t forget to massage some into your cuticles.

6. Moisturising treatment

Once a week, apply a generous amount of moisturiser to your hands before you go to bed, and sleep with a pair of gloves on. This will lock in the moisturiser for longer, leaving you to wake up to softer, moisturised hands.
